What You Will Be Doing

• Serve food and drinks orders to the required standard, using the appropriate cutlery and condiments.
• Be knowledgeable of food dishes and drinks, offering suggestions and recommendations where necessary.
• Manage customer expectations throughout the service, to ensure an enjoyable, personalised dining experience.
• Be aware of VIPs, Corporate and regular guest arrivals and to ensure requirements are anticipated and met.
• Ensure billing information is precise and all payment transactions are processed correctly.
