Job Description - Solution Architect STIBO

Job Summary -

We are seeking Stibo Solution Architect with 10+ years of hands-on expertise in Stibo Systems technology and MDM (Master Data Management) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Stibo's MDM platform, proficiency in data modelling, integration, and the ability to design solutions that ensure high-quality data management.

Years of experience needed - 10+ years of experience in designing Stibo system, specifically with Stibo's MDM platform.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Stibo STEP platform and related technologies.

Strong knowledge of MDM concepts, including data governance, data quality, and data integration.

Experience with Java, XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST APIs, and web services for integration purposes.

Hands-on experience in data modelling, database design, and data migrations.

Experience in configuring Stibo STEP modules such as Product Information Management (PIM), Supplier Management, etc.

Familiarity with ETL tools and techniques for data integration.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design Stibo Systems MDM solutions, ensuring seamless data flow and integration with other systems.

Customize and configure Stibo's MDM platform based on business requirements and ensure scalability and performance optimization.

Collaborate with business analysts, product owners and other IT teams to ensure that MDM solutions align with business objectives and best practices.

Create and maintain data models for Stibo MDM, including designing data entities, attributes, and hierarchies to meet business needs.

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to the Stibo platform, including data quality issues, system errors, and performance bottlenecks.

Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for solution design.

Provide support and training to team members and stakeholders on Stibo functionalities and best practices.

Desirable Skills:

Certifications: MDM Solution Architecture, MDM Solution Design,STEP Data Modelling is a plus.

Excellent communication skills

Additional Tools: Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN), Confluence.
