Staff Product Designer - Crypto + AI

We're looking for a Staff Product Designer who can operate at the intersection of complex data, intuitive UX, and forward-looking visual design. This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you'll shape product vision, elevate design craft, and influence strategy across teams.

What you'll do

• Lead design for complex, high-visibility features across web and mobile, from early concepts to launch.
• Translate highly technical, data-rich concepts into simple, engaging, and accessible user experiences.
• Drive AI-first design thinking, identifying how emerging technologies can create new value for users.
• Partner with PMs, engineers, data scientists, and blockchain experts to create cohesive product solutions.
• Own and evolve our multi-platform design system, ensuring consistency while enabling innovation.
• Mentor and guide other designers, raising the standard of craft, process, and delivery across the team.
• Contribute to strategic product decisions, shaping the roadmap and influencing how we scale.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Senior or Staff Product Designer in fintech, crypto, AI, or other data-intensive product environments.
• Portfolio that demonstrates exceptional interaction design, visual design, and information architecture.
• Ability to simplify complexity, turning data and emerging tech into intuitive, delightful user experiences.
• Experience designing for multi-platform ecosystems (web, iOS, Android).
• Strong facilitation skills, capable of leading workshops and alignment sessions with senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
