As a Sr Project Manager, DSP Payments, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and optimization across global payment processes. You will lead key initiatives that redefine how payments are managed, creating scalable solutions to improve DSP experience and operational efficiency. This role combines data driven problem solving, project management, and stakeholder collaboration to influence a critical part of Amazon's supply chain ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a comprehensive roadmap, identify milestones, coordinate with cross functional teams and establish timelines and prioritization.
- Drive Efficiency and Innovation: Partner with BI/Tech partners to develop, prioritize, and execute strategies to optimize payment operations, reduce manual interventions, improve metric reporting, and enhance global scalability.
- Design and Optimize Global Payment Processes: Lead cross functional initiatives to streamline global payment programs, identifying and implementing opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Collaborate with Global Stakeholders: Engage with a diverse group of stakeholders, bridging cultural and organizational boundaries to align priorities and deliver results.
- Data Driven Decision Making: Analyze payment data and metrics to measure performance, identify gaps, and ensure the successful delivery of program goals.
- Relentless Execution: Own program goals, prioritize ruthlessly, and drive initiatives to completion, overcoming obstacles with creativity and resilience.
- Fail Fast, Learn Fast: Embrace experimentation, learn from failures, and adapt quickly to deliver innovative solutions.
- Champion the Customer: Ensure every decision and program outcome enhances the DSP and end customer experience.
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
- Experience building strategic relationships with stakeholders, including communicating and collaborating across teams and functions.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience delivering against a fast paced organization's goals.
- Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
- Experience in creating process improvement procedures.
- Experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service, or experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
