Job Description

Position Summary:

Lead growth of the Clinical Sequencing Division (with a focus on Reproductive Health NGS products), in the Middle East, Turkey, Southeast Europe, Israel, CIS and North Africa

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with customers to improve technology utilisation and promote advances in protocols, kits, and capabilities.
  • Drive reagent efficiency and attachment rates, improving the utilisation of NGS technologies.
  • Dedicate yourself to territory planning, market knowledge, and accurate forecasting for both run rate and project-based orders.
  • Work as part of a team to develop and manage business plans, aiming to exceed goals.
  • Successfully position our solutions against competitors to address performance, workflow, and budget.
  • Increase RH consumable utilization by targeting non-users and converting their business through identifying relevant applications, reagents, assays, and protocols.
Other Job Requirements:
  • Manage the sales process accurately, including forecasting, pipeline management, and tracking with CRM tools.
  • Meet key performance indicators for customer visits and activities, updating CRM tools regularly.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Counterparts to drive incremental business.
  • Monitor and understand the run rate business specific to your territory.
  • Participate in weekly product trainings and business updates.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the Life Science business within the region.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • MSc or equivalent experience in Molecular Biology or a relevant Life Sciences subject area; PhD or equivalent experience preferred.
Minimum Experience Level:
  • Over 3 years of sales experience in Direct and Indirect Markets.
  • Proven experience in Channel Management and knowledge of clinical sequencing, next-generation sequencing, life sciences, and Reproductive Health testing.
  • A track record of closing high-value deals in competitive situations.
  • Ability to develop and implement growth strategies.
  • Proficiency in English, with a preference for knowledge of Russian.
  • Willingness to travel frequently (75% of the time), including possible weekend congress participation.
