Role Overview:
As SENCO, you will oversee all SEND provision, ensuring that every child receives tailored support to thrive academically and socially. You'll:

Develop and implement inclusive strategies and interventions across the school

Lead and mentor teaching assistants and SEND staff

Monitor progress, prepare reports, and liaise with parents and external agencies

Provide specialist guidance to classroom teachers and school leadership

Who We're Looking For:

Qualified teacher with QTS

NASENCO or equivalent qualification

Experienced in SEND provision and inclusive teaching strategies
