Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate Spa Host to join our team at David Lloyd Clubs, a leading premium health and wellness group in Europe. As a Spa Host, you will act as an ambassador for our spa retreats, welcoming members, ensuring they understand the health and wellbeing benefits of each therapy room, and keeping the spa clean and tidy to premium standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for our spa retreats, welcoming members and promoting a positive experience
• Explain the health and wellbeing benefits of each therapy room to members
• Ensure the spa area is always clean, tidy, and maintained to premium standards
• Collaborate with spa and club staff to support seamless member service
