Our Spa Reception team plays a vital role in creating a calm, welcoming, and seamless experience, setting the tone for everything that follows.Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is looking for a Spa Receptionist to join our Spa team on a part time basis, working 24 hours per week across three days.This role is ideal for someone seeking a part time schedule, who enjoys guest interaction, organisation, and working within a tranquil, professional environment. The role As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our spa guests. You will welcome guests warmly, manage appointments with accuracy, and provide knowledgeable guidance on treatments, services, and products.You will work closely with therapists and spa leadership to ensure smooth daily operations, handling payments, preparing reports, and maintaining a calm, attentive presence throughout the guest journey. What you will do Welcome spa guests and ensure a warm, professional arrival experience Manage bookings, schedules, and enquiries with care and attention to detail Confidently explain treatments, products, services, and pricing Process payments and prepare daily administrative reports Coordinate closely with therapists to ensure appointments run smoothly Maintain an organised reception area aligned with Four Seasons standards What we are looking for At least one year of experience in a spa, hotel, or customer facing reception role Confident communication skills and excellent personal presentation Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail Comfortable using computers and booking systems Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment Experience with Opera or similar systems is an advantage but not essential Right to Work in the UK This role suits someone who enjoys part time work and consistency, rather than someone seeking full time hours in the short term.
