• Act as an ambassador for our spa retreats, welcoming members.
• Ensure members understand the health and wellbeing benefits of each therapy room.
• Maintain the spa environment, keeping it clean and tidy to premium standards.

• Experience within a premium customer service environment.
• A passion for health and wellbeing.
