Responsibilities- Act as an ambassador for our spa retreats, welcoming members.
- Ensure members understand the health and wellbeing benefits of each therapy room.
- Maintain the spa environment, keeping it clean and tidy to premium standards.
- Experience within a premium customer service environment.
- A passion for health and wellbeing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A self starter who takes pride in delivering high quality experiences.
