Job Description

Position: Sous Chef

Location: Bristol, BS1 5LF.

Rate of Pay: £31,300 per annum.

Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday Friday, 7am to 3.30pm (rota basis).

Key Responsibilities

Invent and create menus aligned with client and customer needs.
Produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service.
Enjoy the food produced and ensure it is picture perfect each time.
Assist in developing and producing new service styles and food concepts.
Communicate with relevant parties for planned menus and order necessary ingredients.
