Job Description
Position: Sous Chef

Location: Bristol, BS1 5LF.

Rate of Pay: £31,300 per annum.

Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday Friday, 7am to 3.30pm (rota basis).

Key Responsibilities
  • Invent and create menus aligned with client and customer needs.
  • Produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service.
  • Enjoy the food produced and ensure it is picture perfect each time.
  • Assist in developing and producing new service styles and food concepts.
  • Communicate with relevant parties for planned menus and order necessary ingredients.
