Wahaca is seeking a Sous Chef to join our kitchen leadership in the UK. You will act as the right hand to the Head Chef, driving the kitchen's success and ensuring consistent, high-quality food and service for guests.

You will lead junior and section chefs, coach the team, uphold Wahaca's brand standards, and foster a positive, efficient, and creative kitchen culture. A passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and scratch-made dishes is essential.
