Sous Chef: Lead a Flexible Kitchen & Steak Team

Miller & Carter - Chertsey is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to lead a section, train staff and step up in the Head Chef's absence. You'll work within the Mitchells & Butlers group, famed for steak expertise, and contribute to a high standard kitchen operation.

You'll manage food ordering, stock control and ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations, while supporting the Head Chef and developing the team through our 3 day Steak School and progression opportunities.
