Think FE is seeking an experienced Sous Chef for their professional catering team in the West Midlands. This permanent, full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work in a varied kitchen environment, moving away from the unsociable hours often found in hospitality.

You'll be primarily based in a popular bistro, supporting other catering outlets. Your role includes assisting in day-to-day kitchen operations, preparing high-quality food, and mentoring hospitality students in training.
