• Prepare and serve food of a high standards across a 7-day week.
• Uphold health, safety, hygiene, and COSHH standards.
• Support administrative duties including cleaning schedules, temperature recording, and diary handovers.
• Minimise wastage.
• Promote a positive team culture.

• Experience of cooking within a commercial kitchen.
• A strong interest in fresh, nutritious food
• Team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• A basic understanding of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and allergens.
• A can-do mindset with the motivation to grow within a supportive team.

• 39 hours per week
• Worked on a rota basis to include some weekends
• £13.98 per hour
