Perfect Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well-established 4 star countryside hotel who are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join their small, friendly and close knit kitchen team. The Role

As Sous Chef, you'll support the Head Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen, helping to deliver consistent food quality across the hotel's operation. You'll be involved in preparing and cooking dishes across service, supporting the team during busy periods, maintaining kitchen standards and taking ownership when working independently on quieter shifts.

• Previous Sous Chef experience, or a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up
• Background within a hotel, restaurant or quality kitchen environment
• Comfortable working with a mix of fresh preparation and high quality kitchen products
• Confident working independently when required
• Reliable, organised and a strong team player
• Calm under pressure with a practical, hands on approach
• Good understanding of food safety, hygiene and kitchen standards
• Someone who takes pride in delivering consistent food and supporting the wider team
