Job Description
As a Sous Chef at Bell & Barge - Harvester, you will be responsible for running a kitchen section, leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef, training staff, managing food ordering and stock, ensuring health and hygiene standards, and delivering the branded menu to our guests.
