Job Description
Position

Senior Sous Chef - Annual salary up to £37,000 plus service charge of approximately £5,000, or hourly rate available.

Location: Bel & The Dragon, Odiham, Hampshire.

Responsibilities
  • Act as deputy to the Head Chef and take full control of the kitchen when they are away.
  • Prepare fresh food using seasonal, local ingredients.
  • Develop new dishes and bring creative ideas to the menu.
  • Lead and inspire the kitchen team, ensuring high standards and successful service.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards; hold a hygienic qualification.
Qualifications
  • Experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role in a busy kitchen.
  • Excellent food safety and hygiene knowledge and awareness.
  • Creative mindset and ability to add fresh dishes.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
