Job Description
Position 
Senior Sous Chef - Annual salary up to £37,000 plus service charge of approximately £5,000, or hourly rate available.
Location: Bel & The Dragon, Odiham, Hampshire.
Responsibilities- Act as deputy to the Head Chef and take full control of the kitchen when they are away.
- Prepare fresh food using seasonal, local ingredients.
- Develop new dishes and bring creative ideas to the menu.
- Lead and inspire the kitchen team, ensuring high standards and successful service.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards; hold a hygienic qualification.
- Experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role in a busy kitchen.
- Excellent food safety and hygiene knowledge and awareness.
- Creative mindset and ability to add fresh dishes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
