We are recruiting Sous Chefs to join our hospitality teams in Jersey, one of the beautiful Channel Islands.
Please note: This role is based in Jersey and requires relocation. It is not a UK based position. We will fully support your move to the island.

The Role- Support the Head Chef in leading a busy, professional kitchen
- Deliver high quality, seasonal dishes with consistency
- Lead and motivate the brigade during service
- Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene and cost control standards
- Competitive salary of £33,000 to £35,000
- Relocation support to Jersey including guidance with accommodation and settling in

- Experience at Junior Sous or Sous level in a high-volume kitchen
