We are recruiting Sous Chefs to join our hospitality teams in Jersey, one of the beautiful Channel Islands.

Please note: This role is based in Jersey and requires relocation. It is not a UK based position. We will fully support your move to the island.

The Role
  • Support the Head Chef in leading a busy, professional kitchen
  • Deliver high quality, seasonal dishes with consistency
  • Lead and motivate the brigade during service
  • Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene and cost control standards
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary of £33,000 to £35,000
