Requiring a mix of daytime and evening shifts in an ever evolving business, this is a great opportunity to be part of something special.

We are searching for a Chef who will:

Take responsibility and lead by example
Assist the Head Chef in leading, managing and developing a dynamic culinary team
Support the Head Chef in creating and planning menus including signature specials
Show adaptability and embrace change and new ideas
Have experience in managing food cost and inventories according to monthly targets
Maintain standards in food storage, rotation, quality and appearance
Create prep lists for the kitchen team
Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £33,000.00 per year
