Solicitor - Work and Public Place Injury

Role: Solicitor - Personal Injury (Work and Public Place Injury)

Manage a case load of personal injury (Work and Public Place Injury) loss matters.
Conduct initial client consultations to assess the viability of potential cases.
Develop and implement effective legal strategies to support clients' claims.
Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
Conduct legal research to support case arguments and strategies.
Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on case progress.
Advise clients on legal processes, expectations, and potential outcomes.
Draft legal documents.
Work collaboratively with Solicitors, Paralegals, Legal Assistants, and other team members.
Provide mentorship and support to junior staff members.
Demonstrate good time management skills, meet deadlines, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
Maintain commercial awareness with a focus on meeting key performance indicators and targets.
