• Manage a case load of personal injury (Work and Public Place Injury) loss matters.
• Conduct initial client consultations to assess the viability of potential cases.
• Develop and implement effective legal strategies to support clients' claims.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Conduct legal research to support case arguments and strategies.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on case progress.
• Advise clients on legal processes, expectations, and potential outcomes.
• Draft legal documents.
• Work collaboratively with Solicitors, Paralegals, Legal Assistants, and other team members.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior staff members.
• Demonstrate good time management skills, meet deadlines, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
• Maintain commercial awareness with a focus on meeting key performance indicators and targets.
