Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Manage a varied caseload of litigated cases across Personal Injury and Serious Injury.
- Progress cases efficiently and quickly.
- Work with clients to meet their requirements and manage cases according to best practices.
- Build stakeholder relationships internally and externally.
- Develop technical and commercial knowledge.
- Experience handling own caseload of pre-litigated and Sheriff Court actions.
- Insurance litigation experience is essential.
- Experience in Personal Injury, Serious Injury, Road Traffic Accidents (RTA), Motor claims.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build client relationships.
