Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Manage a varied caseload of litigated cases across Personal Injury and Serious Injury.
  • Progress cases efficiently and quickly.
  • Work with clients to meet their requirements and manage cases according to best practices.
  • Build stakeholder relationships internally and externally.
  • Develop technical and commercial knowledge.
Requirements
  • Experience handling own caseload of pre-litigated and Sheriff Court actions.
  • Insurance litigation experience is essential.
  • Experience in Personal Injury, Serious Injury, Road Traffic Accidents (RTA), Motor claims.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build client relationships.
