The Role- Conceiving, building, and releasing polished functionality across a large-scale, distributed financial platform
- Evaluating and embedding forward-looking technologies that replace ageing components
- Leveraging AI-native development tooling to move faster and think sharper
- Lifting the capability of less experienced engineers while carving your own path to tech lead
- 4+ years of production-grade C# and .NET development
- Hands on experience with cloud infrastructure, AWS strongly preferred
- Deep comfort with SQL and the principles that make relational databases perform
- A track record of working within CI/CD pipelines and modern delivery practices
- Real exposure to event driven systems - Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ServiceBus
- Frontend experience welcomed; React knowledge is a genuine differentiator
