As we continue to expand, we are looking for a talented Software Developer to join our team and play a key role in building and enhancing our online schemes portal, which is part of a well-known front-end development system. The Role:
We are seeking a driven and skilled Software Developer who can take ownership of building and developing schemes through our online portal. The successful candidate will also assist in the development of a new company website. This role offers the chance to shape the digital direction of our business and work closely with a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain online insurance schemes through our digital platform.
- Support the creation and ongoing improvement of a new company website.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand and implement product and customer requirements.
- Ensure system functionality, security and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise. Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices within the development team.
- Work as part of a wider team focused on delivering exceptional service.
About You:
- Proven experience in software development with strong coding and technical skills.
- Preferably some experience or understanding of the insurance industry or online insurance platforms.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and positive approach.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Enthusiastic about being part of a growing company and helping shape its future.
- Based in the UK and eligible to work full time.
- Willing to work in a hybrid environment with occasional in-person collaboration.
- Committed to supporting a culture of teamwork and client-focused service.
Core Skills & Experience Required:
- Solid understanding of software development principles and practices.
- Understanding of database design and management.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Experience with APIs and integration of third-party systems.
- Knowledge of security best practices in web development.
