What you will do
  • Provide excellent leadership within the Mental Health Social Work Team South, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective outcomes for adults and carers
  • Lead professional management and case supervision for a multidisciplinary team focused on enablement and recovery
  • Operate within the service's standards, prioritising user choice and control over the services they receive
  • Drive continuous service improvement, emphasising value for money and safe practice
  • Deliver individualised support plans, advocating for long-term independence and self-directed support
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external partners for an integrated approach
  • Ensure the safeguarding of vulnerable adults and compliance with safeguarding standards and regulations
  • Promote self-directed support and ensure accurate recording of service user data
