We are looking for a social worker (60%) for our La Tzoumaz home starting May 1st. We offer you the opportunity to support beneficiaries within the La Tzoumaz Home in their daily activities based on the principles of psychosocial support; to assist residents and external individuals in their personal projects and objectives; to collaborate interdisciplinarily with social workers, ASE, nurses, ASSC, day centers and to join a team guided by positive management and a strong spirit of openness; to integrate into an institution certified by Promotion Santé Suisse, concerned about everyone's well-being and teams where listening, mutual aid and conviviality are cultivated; to establish your place in a structure that regularly runs many projects to which everyone can contribute; to benefit from a pleasant working environment, with annually planned hours as a team, and good social conditions; you hold a degree in social work (HES, ES) or an equivalent qualification; a CAS is an asset; you have work experience in the social field; you have a strong sense of responsibility and enjoy working in a team; you are proficient in standard tools (MS Office); you hold a driver's license and have access to a private vehicle.
