Team: Family Support & Safeguarding

Salary: £41,958 - £44,822 (dependent on experience) + Retention bonus

Locations: Wisbech, Ely, Cambridge and Huntingdon

About the role

Our Children's Social Workers use person centred approaches to ensure children, young people and families have choice, voice and control over their support. We are passionate about making a real difference, maintaining high professional standards and embracing continuous learning in a supportive and forward thinking environment.

About you

You will be a qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England, experienced in safeguarding or frontline teams, confident in building relationships, curious in your practice and motivated to improve outcomes for children and families. You must be able to work flexibly across locations and travel independently throughout the county.
