What you will do

• Lead and manage a dedicated team of 15 Social Workers, 3 Social Care Assessors, and 3 Assistant Team Managers to ensure the highest standards of support for children and families.
• Oversee the development and implementation of Care and Support Plans to provide robust support systems ensuring the best outcomes for families.
• Ensure effective management of Child Protection Plans to safeguard the welfare of children at risk.
• Guide the team in executing and managing the Public Law Outline, preparing cases for initial court hearings smoothly and effectively.
• Support your team in their professional development, helping them to grow their skills and confidence in the field of social work.
