- Oversee the development and implementation of Care and Support Plans to provide robust support systems ensuring the best outcomes for families.
- Ensure effective management of Child Protection Plans to safeguard the welfare of children at risk.
- Guide the team in executing and managing the Public Law Outline, preparing cases for initial court hearings smoothly and effectively.
- Support your team in their professional development, helping them to grow their skills and confidence in the field of social work.
