Social Housing Technician - Cheshire East

This role involves carrying out property maintenance and remedial works within occupied and void social housing properties.

Location: London Office in Watford

Term: Permanent, Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• General property repairs and maintenance


• Kitchen & bathroom works


• Plastering, plumbing, joinery & decorating


• Completing works safely and to a high standard


• Following health & safety procedures


• Identifying and reporting additional repairs


• Maintaining clean and organised work areas


• Protecting residents' homes and belongings

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Plastering

• Painting & Decorating


• General Property Maintenance & Social Housing Repairs


• Full UK driving licence


• Ability to work within occupied properties professionally


• Good communication and customer service skills.

Reporting to our Office manager.

This role involves working within occupied and void social housing properties, delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining excellent tenant care and health & safety standards.
