Strategic Finance Leader for AI Infrastructure Growth

Radiant is seeking a Group Finance Director to lead the finance function, reporting to the executive team and shareholders. You will oversee FP&A, controllership, treasury and operations, building scalable processes to support rapid growth across global jurisdictions.

You will partner with Sales, Operations and Investors to drive financial performance, implement automation, improve margins and ensure timely, compliant reporting. Experience in PE-backed environments is highly valued.
