Your Role- Provide person centred support in daily living, community inclusion, and independent living skills.
- Promote dignity, choice, and active participation in line with New Directions.
- Support service users with personal care, communication, and emotional wellbeing.
- Participate as a Key Worker and contribute to individual personal plans.
- Build positive relationships with service users, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate records in line with HIQA standards and TerraGlen policies.
- Support safeguarding practices, risk reporting, and quality improvements.
- Work collaboratively as part of a warm, respectful team environment.
- Level 7 or higher qualification in Applied Social Care or another CORU approved discipline.
- CORU Registration (or proof of CORU application)
- Recognised qualification route or
- Recognition of Prior Learning / Assessment of Professional Competence route.
- Full, clean Driving Licence with minimum two years' experience.
- A genuine commitment to supporting people with disabilities.
- Successful candidates will be subject to Garda Vetting through the National Vetting Bureau.
