Social Care Worker - Wicklow

AA Euro Healthcare is currently recruiting Agency Social Care Workers (SCW) for relief and ongoing agency opportunities across healthcare services in Wicklow and surrounding areas.

We are seeking dedicated and professional SCA's who are committed to delivering high-quality patient care while enjoying the flexibility and variety that agency work offers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist service users with personal care and activities of daily living
• Support mobility, independence, dignity, and wellbeing
• Monitor and report changes in service users' conditions
• Maintain accurate documentation and records
• Work collaboratively with nursing, medical, and multidisciplinary teams
• Adhere to HSE policies, HIQA standards, infection prevention and control procedures, and safeguarding requirements
• Support service users in residential, community, disability, and healthcare settings as required

Essential Requirements

• Full QQI Level 7/8 Degree in Applied Social Care Studies, Social Care or Psychology
• CORU Registration (proof of registration)
• Full eligibility to work in Ireland
• Garda Vetting clearance
• Three satisfactory references
• Up-to-date Manual Handling and CPR/First Aid training
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Full Driving Licence desirable
