Social Care Workers - Counties Laois & Cork

Solis MMC is currently recruiting full time Residential Support Workers for both immediate and upcoming vacancies in Counties Laois, Sligo and Cork.

The post holder will be required to work within a residential setting and provide young people with quality opportunities, experiences and social education, with the aim of contributing to their development and quality of life.

The post includes the following benefits:

• Access is provided to a range of internal training, including Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI), Advanced First Aid, Fire Safety, Supervision, Report Writing and Children First. Training costs are always absorbed by the organisation, for both internal and external development programmes.
• Regular supervision will be provided and professional development planning delegated as appropriate to ensure continued career progression. Access to staff care support services is also available with timely Therapeutic Crisis Intervention debriefing as and when appropriate. Support from a range of management structures including HR and training departments is made available to all staff.
