Job Description
SMSTS Site Manager - Barnstaple 
Rate: £25.00 per hour. Small scale commercial building and maintenance project in Barnstaple.
Responsibilities- Manage commercial projects such as schools and hospitals.
- Ensure sub contractor work meets standard.
- Organise and manage on site schedules.
- Ensure all staff adhere to health and safety regulations and general site management duties.
- SMSTS qualification.
- First aid certification.
- Full PPE compliance.
- Forklift operation advantageous.
