Job Description
SMSTS Site Manager - Barnstaple

Rate: £25.00 per hour. Small scale commercial building and maintenance project in Barnstaple.

Responsibilities
  • Manage commercial projects such as schools and hospitals.
  • Ensure sub contractor work meets standard.
  • Organise and manage on site schedules.
  • Ensure all staff adhere to health and safety regulations and general site management duties.
Qualifications
  • SMSTS qualification.
  • First aid certification.
  • Full PPE compliance.
  • Forklift operation advantageous.
