Prospect Health are proud to be working with a well-established, independent veterinary group in Kent, currently seeking a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join their expanding team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive practice with hospital-level facilities, a strong surgical caseload, and continued growth plans including the opening of an additional branch.

The Role
This position is ideal for a vet with a passion for surgery and/or dentistry, looking to work in a supportive environment with access to advanced equipment and a varied caseload.
Full-time position (40 hours per week)Primarily based within a well-equipped veterinary hospitalSome sole charge responsibilities at branch level during weekend shiftsOpportunity to handle a high level of surgical casesSupport available for further development, including certificates
Working Pattern:
5-day weekApproximately 5 full weekends per yearAdditional 5 Saturdays per yearOccasional overnight on-call (1 to 2 times annually)

A central veterinary hospitalThree established branches, with a fourth opening soonThe practice is well-equipped with advanced diagnostic and surgical facilities, including a CT scanner, enabling a high standard of clinical care.The wider team includes:16 Veterinary Surgeons20 Veterinary NursesThe group is known for its collaborative culture, clinical standards, and investment in both people and equipment.
