Skilled Sprayer & Cultivations Operator

A well-established, progressive farming business in South Lincolnshire is seeking an experienced skilled Sprayer & Cultivations Operator to join its professional team.

The Role

• Operating and maintaining a self-propelled Amazone sprayer
• Carrying out cultivations using high horsepower machinery
• GPS-guided field operations
• Primary and secondary cultivations
• Supporting wider arable operations as required
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, safely and efficiently

Machinery includes

• Case Magnum 400
• Case tractors
• 9m Amazone power harrow
• Amazone TopDown cultivator
• Kverneland 7-furrow plough
• Self-propelled Amazone sprayer

The Ideal Candidate

• PA1 and PA2 certificates essential
• Proven experience operating high horsepower tractors (essential)
• Strong GPS experience
• Good attention to detail and pride in machinery
• Telehandler certificate (desirable)
• NRoSO registered (desirable)
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
