Are you an experienced Site Supervisor with a background in water, wastewater or heavy civil engineering projects? This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing infrastructure contractor and play a key role in delivering essential water and wastewater projects nationwide.
About Your New Employer:An established and fast-growing civil engineering contractor specialising in water and wastewater infrastructure projects across Ireland. With a strong pipeline of new contracts and project extensions, the company offers the opportunity to work on essential national infrastructure projects within a supportive, high-performing team.
About Your New Role:As Site Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day running of site operations, ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Your responsibilities will include:- Coordinating site staff, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Supervising civil engineering, groundworks, water and wastewater activities.
- Ensuring project deadlines and milestones are achieved.
- Maintaining high standards of quality control across all site activities.
- Managing labour timesheets, supplier records and HSQE documentation.
- Promoting and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Communicating effectively with project managers, engineers, clients and other stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a Site Supervisor or similar supervisory role.
- Proven experience in water infrastructure, wastewater or heavy civil engineering projects.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Up-to-date industry training and relevant site certifications.
- Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification.
- Flexibility to work on projects nationwide.
- Salary of €55,000-€65,000, depending on experience.
- Full-time, site-based role working on essential infrastructure projects across Ireland.
