Site Supervisor

Are you an experienced Site Supervisor with a background in water, wastewater or heavy civil engineering projects? This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing infrastructure contractor and play a key role in delivering essential water and wastewater projects nationwide.

About Your New Role:

As Site Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day running of site operations, ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating site staff, subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Supervising civil engineering, groundworks, water and wastewater activities.
  • Ensuring project deadlines and milestones are achieved.
  • Maintaining high standards of quality control across all site activities.
  • Managing labour timesheets, supplier records and HSQE documentation.
  • Promoting and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Communicating effectively with project managers, engineers, clients and other stakeholders.
What Skills You Need:
  • Previous experience in a Site Supervisor or similar supervisory role.
  • Proven experience in water infrastructure, wastewater or heavy civil engineering projects.
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving abilities.
  • Up-to-date industry training and relevant site certifications.
  • Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification.
  • Flexibility to work on projects nationwide.
