Site Operations Chef

We're looking for an experienced and driven Site Operations Chef to lead our back-of-house operations and deliver an exceptional Italian dining experience.

As Site Operations Chef, you'll take ownership of all kitchen operations, leading a team of Head Chefs, Sous Chefs and junior team members. You'll ensure high standards in food quality, team performance, compliance, and financial efficiency while driving continuous improvement across the kitchen.

• Lead and develop a high-performing kitchen team
• Oversee all back-of-house operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency
• Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation standards
• Manage stock, costs, labour, and kitchen budgets
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards
• Drive operational improvements and support business growth
• Collaborate with senior management and front-of-house teams

• Proven experience in a senior kitchen leadership role (Head Chef or above)
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations and compliance
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage costs effectively
