Your new role :
As a Site Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of clean and wastewater infrastructure projects. You'll be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring health & safety compliance, coordinating subcontractors, and driving programme delivery to meet key project milestones.
Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing site activities and ensuring compliance with HSEQ standards
• Managing labour, plant, and materials on site
• Liaising with clients, engineers, and project teams
• Ensuring works are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
• Maintaining accurate site records and reporting progress

What you'll need to succeed :

Proven experience as a Site Manager within the Water or Utilities sector

Strong understanding of clean and wastewater infrastructure

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Experience working on framework projects (AMP6/7/8 desirable)
