Job Description

The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership is a highly successful Multi Academy Trust (MAT) encompassing 6 secondary schools, 17 primary schools, 1 all-through school, a Teaching School Hub, and School Centred Initial Teacher Training provider. Our schools are based in North Birmingham, Tamworth, Lichfield, North Warwickshire and Coventry.

Site Manager

We are looking to recruit a Site Manager, to start as soon as possible, to be based at Two Gates Primary School, Tamworth.

Reporting to the Regional Site Manager, you will manage and undertake planned and reactive site duties to support all school maintenance needs and health and safety requirements. The successful applicant will be responsible for the line management of Site Assistants and use the electronic estates management system, Every, to manage jobs.

Salary: £26,409 - £32,654 per annum

Hours: full time, 37 hours per week, all year round Monday to Thursday 10am - 6pm and Friday 10.30am - 6pm

Location: Two Gates Primary School, Tamworth Road, Two Gates, Tamworth B77 1EN

Start Date: as soon as possible


What you will need to succeed

The ability and experience to ensure Trust policies, processes and procedures are followed at all times and that school sites are fully compliant with health and safety requirements.

Ensure high quality service delivery is maintained at all times, using Every system for logging, and managing of jobs and for statutory recording.

Work effectively with all internal and external stakeholders.

The ability to work in a fast paced, challenging yet always rewarding role
