BIM Manager

MERITUS are recruiting for a BIM Manager to join our client on a permanent basis to support exciting new construction projects within Life Sciences and Pharmaceuticals.

BIM Manager - Bicester, Oxfordshire - Up to £70,000 per annum - Two Stage Virtual Interview Process

• Supporting the pre construction team with the review of received tender documents (including Works Information, EIR, etc.) to identify Clients BIM and Digital requirements.
• Providing technical review of 3D BIM models received at tender stage for federation, engineering checks, clash detection, logistics and cost management.
• Support the production and delivery of project BEP, MIDP, MPDT and ensure internal project team and external parties are fully aware of their responsibilities.
• Lead the DPD kick off meeting (jointly with the Information Manager) with the project management team to review and finalise the DPD strategy.
• Support the BIM Engineers where required and mentor same as required

Experience:

• Experience of working on multi-disciplinary projects with BIM level 2 requirements
• BIM Documentation experience is crucial for this role.
• Excellent written, and verbal communication skills and experience working with MS Office
