Role: Site Manager

Location: Reading and Oxford (multi-site coverage)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Competitive + company vehicle, fuel card & benefits

Are you a skilled Site Manager within commutable distance of Reading and Oxford?

This is a multi-site role where you'll lead a high-performing team across multiple locations. A company vehicle is included to ensure smooth travel between sites.

Key Responsibilities -Site Manager

  • Manage and deliver contracts effectively and profitably, ensuring quality, compliance, and strong collaboration
  • Take full ownership of the allocated contract area to ensure a high standard of service
  • Work closely with internal teams to guarantee smooth, efficient operations
  • Ensure all works are completed on time, with the correct documentation and certification
  • Build and maintain relationships with colleagues, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies

Requirements for the Site Manager

  • SMSTS, IOS, CSCS, 3 Day First Aid, Asbestos Awareness, and Fire Marshall certifications
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Recognised apprenticeship and/or relevant trade qualification
  • Strong understanding of Health and Safety Regulations
  • Experience in planned works contracts and knowledge of renewable/retrofit projects (PAS2030)
  • Familiarity with JCT and NEC construction contracts
  • Proven leadership and team management experience, ideally in social housing
  • Skills in budgeting, business planning, and performance reporting
