Site Manager - Belfast

DOE: €65k - €85K

Overview:

Our client is seeking a Site Manager to join their growing fit-out team. Reporting to the Contracts Manager and Project Manager, the successful candidate will manage projects across Northern Ireland and, when required, the Republic of Ireland and the UK.

The role includes coordinating subcontractors, liaising with clients, and overseeing daily site operations while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and current legislation.

Job Summary:

• Manage the day-to-day running of sites.
• Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
• Checking plans, drawings and supervision of subcontractors across projects.
• Manage and coordinate both site staff and sub-contractors on sites.
• Ensure work is carried out to the highest of standards.
• Collaborate with the Contracts Manager to adhere to the construction programme.
• Overseeing quality control and safety matters on site and ensuring that regulations are adhered to.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A Degree in Construction Management or Trade Qualification (e.g. Carpentry) is desirable.
• 5+ years Site Management experience with a main contractor.
• Experience in high-end joinery and commercial Fit Out projects.
• CSCS/CSR/SMSTS certified.
• Procore experience advantageous.
• Skilled in reading construction drawings.
• Knowledge of building regulations and certification standards.
• Strong ownership of projects with excellent client and subcontractor management skills.
